Had a great experience at the AC Hotel Burlington. The location is perfect to explore Burlington, walking distance to everything. Room was clean, shower was fantastic, and bed was comfortable. One night we were woken up by our neighbor in the room next door sneezing loudly which was tough...so I wouldn't say the rooms are particularly sound proof. We chose to pay to Valet as we didn't need our car during the time we were there and everything went smoothly! We appreciated the Valet attendant helping us unload our car and navigate the snow banks. We also enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar one night and the bartenders were super friendly and made great drinks! FYI: There is very limited parking spots right in front of the hotel to unload car, we circled the block once and we were fine!

I had a really good stay here. The staff was awesome especially the valet parking staff. This place is in a great location right in the center of Burlington near Church Street. I was able to walk to most of my destinations. It is very close to the shores of Lake Champlain. There is some construction next door and parking can be an issue, but the valet is reasonably priced and very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really disappointing… As a local I was excited for this new place to have my family stay when they come into town. My partner & I had family planning to book a stay here but quickly told them to consider elsewhere after this interaction. While going to get coffee, we unknowingly pulled into a spot that was reserved for valet in front of the building. We hadn’t even turned off the car when the valet worker came outside already glaring at us, picked up the tiny valet sign & slammed it on the ground. We had no problem with the fact that we had to move the car, but to communicate in such an aggressive way is unnecessary. What if we had been customers who were about to use their services? The thought of sending my grandmother there to stay & having that be the first interaction she has with someone is enough to deter me. When I went inside to speak with someone about this, I was laughed at & told by the desk attendant that I “wasn’t a customer so customer service doesn’t apply to me.” My partner received the same treatment. Honestly just a really gross way to talk to another person. He’s right, I wasn’t a customer, but I do have 20+ family members about to come into town who all planned on booking rooms there. I’ll be sending them to Hotel Vermont instead, or quite literally ANYWHERE else.

Great location, great gym. I think they can do more to make the space feel elevated. Improving standard of service, hospitality, better decor, better prep for the snow, make it more inviting. Didnt like the sliding bathroom door, it was heavy and i feel like it wasnt very private. Love the bathroom soap from korres. The hotel feel kind of bland and lack personality. They could make the place smell nicer w candle or signature scent. Location is incredible. Good for elderly because within walking distance to a lot of things.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.

Such a great spot with an incredible view of Burlington’s skyline. The highlight was definitely the bartenders — Liam and Conner were outstanding. Super friendly, attentive, and made amazing drinks. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

The building is rand new. Good location and views, except some construction nearby, which blocks some views. Breakfast was great! A small buffet together with an option of a la carte. Had some issues with the billing, and the hotel staff solved it very quickly and professionally. Will go back if I'm visiting Burlington again.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen, even in more “luxury” properties. It feels like real effort was put in here to find good quality food and make it cozy - it is exactly what a good hotel breakfast should be. There isn’t anything particularly special about the selection - it’s typical “cereal”, “breads” and “coffee”, but there is quite a bit of good variety within those categories and the cheeses include good Brie and other French classics along with the classic cheddars. Good, steady food done well.

Brand new hotel in a lovely city. The employees were great and the fitness center is nice. But some of the rooms are almost windowless. The one I was in had a single one-foot-wide vertical window, sort of like a prison. The room was like a cave. And the curtains are installed such that you can't even pull the curtain fully open to at least unblock the small width of the window. Terrible design. Those rooms should be clearly labelled and steeply discounted.
