The Harborvale, Autograph Collection offers a convenient location in Burlington with lake views and easy access to downtown attractions. While generally positive reviews highlight friendly staff and a comfortable stay, significant ongoing construction and inconsistent operational issues, including parking and accessibility challenges, are frequently cited as concerns.
Wow this hotel is lovely (and it’s remarkable that it’s in the midst of a renovation). It didn’t feel like a Courtyard, has the feel of a full-service Marriott. I’ve come to learn it’s shortly going to be in the Autograph Collection. Received an upgrade without having to request; also received a phone call that sprinkler testing is to happen tomorrow (that never happens). Lake view on the 9th floor suite! Level of detail in the renovated room is special, all the way down to the wallpaper inside of the closet/bureau and comfy pillows. I asked for herbal tea and my fave hibiscus tea (from Vermont) with a ceramic cup and saucer was delivered to my room! Saving the best for last - staff! Lovely, welcoming and understands hospitality! Very responsive in the Bonvoy app, too. Brava!!
This place should have its hotel license revoked. I booked this hotel months ago and prepaid - no mention of the massive construction work they had going on. We show up for a late check in and there is no one to let us in the building despite calling to let the front desk know our flight was delayed. The hotel is a complete disaster - construction equipment everywhere. I pay the 16$ fee to park in the garage and find a parking ticket on our car the next day after we already left. Atleast we had a nice wake up with them testing fire alarms all morning… Then I find out the desk charged my card for a hotel stay despite me already prepaying months earlier. Disaster class stay
We’ve enjoyed our stays here. If you get a room overlooking the lake, the view is incredible. You can see for miles. Since it’s right downtown, you won’t need your car - though you will need to pay for parking if you have a car. The onsite restaurant is a nice spot for drinks.
I’m sure under normal circumstances this is a nice hotel stay. It is currently under construction and hammering starts daily at 7am and ends at 7pm including Saturday and Sunday. We have decided to cut our trip short as it is not at all relaxing. I do not know when the construction will be over. I did not see anything on their website warning about this so thought it would be nice to warn people. I would consider a different hotel for the near future. Feb 2026
Another great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor—quiet, clean, perfectly located, and staffed by genuinely wonderful people. This trip, we accidentally left behind a small bag. I called the front desk, and the manager immediately reached out to housekeeping. They found it right away and held onto it so a family member could pick it up the next day. I was so grateful for how smoothly and kindly everything was handled. I already loved this hotel for the convenient parking garage (which fits my big truck!), but now it’s absolutely my go-to in Burlington. Thank you for the exceptional service.
We stayed here for 5 nights for our honey moon and it was absolutely amazing ! Ben at the front desk was awsome!!! sent us a bottle of champagne to our room and gave us a lot of recommendations on food choices and things to do! The bar and restaurant were fantastic as well …. The hotel was going through construction for re model and we couldn’t even tell . Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!
Stayed with a friend here and I just had to make a review! Javon and Trishauna (hope I'm spelling their names correctly ) they are hospitable and warm! They add to the relaxation of this hotel. Hotel in itself is great but they are the cherry on top ??
This is a great one. If you could also snag a room facing the lake then even better...a killer before veiw. The restaurant offers a very good menu, breakfast and dinner was top notch. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff was very nice, professional and offered great customer service. Would Def love to return and stay there again.
Great location across from the lake and fairly close to the airport. Walking distance to the marina, shops, restaurants and parks. Breakfast portions were huge.
I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor during a work-related house hunting trip. Once settled, I was able to enjoy the stunning view from my room overlooking Lake Champlain. As someone with accessibility needs, I faced unexpected challenges navigating the parking garage and elevator outage, which left me overwhelmed. Thankfully, the front desk staff showed exceptional care and helped me relocate my car to a more accessible spot near the entrance. There were a few maintenance and amenity opportunities during my stay: only hot water was available, the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working, and there was no in-hotel restaurant dining on Mondays. I’m grateful for the kindness I received and hope the hotel continues to improve accessibility and maintenance for future guests. Enhanced parking signage, reliable elevators, and consistent amenities would make this property a truly welcoming haven for travelers of all needs.
