Wonderful stay. Well situated between retail center and short drive to lakeshore. Attentive staff. Better than average breakfast, including real maple syrup. Surprised by 2 pools. Outdoor looked lovely though late May temps were too cold to make use. Quickly fixed a minor issue despite not being asked to. Would definitely return!

We have stayed at the Best Western Windjammer many times over the past several years while visiting Burlington, and I wanted to specifically recognize Sarah Hammit, the Sales Manager, for being absolutely wonderful every single time. From our very first visit when our son was touring colleges, to Accepted Students Day, Parents Weekend, and now graduation weekend with multiple rooms for our entire extended family, Sarah has always been professional, responsive, organized, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. Coordinating family travel is not always simple, but Sarah consistently makes everything smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate her. The hotel itself has always been clean, comfortable, welcoming, and safe. We love the coffee and lobby atmosphere, the variety of options for breakfast, and this visit our 9-year-old nephew declared the warm cookie time and the pool the highlights of the trip… which definitely helped keep everyone happy during a busy graduation weekend! We also want to compliment the entire team at the Windjammer Restaurant. Over the years we’ve enjoyed dinners, drinks in the bar area with family and friends, and this trip we hosted our full graduation celebration dinner there. The food was outstanding, the drinks were excellent, and the service was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout. Hospitality and restaurant work are not easy, and this team consistently goes above and beyond. Thank you all for everything you do.

The week prior I had a horrible experience at a Hilton. Room was gross. I did not know what to expect from the best Western. I will say I was pleasantly surprised with how clean, super clean the room was. From the bed sheets to the cleanliness of the bathroom as well as the living room , entire suite was impeccably clean and I was very happy with that. Staff was friendly and the coffee in the lobby was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Ps don't go to Charlie's chicken. Definitely stay at this best Western.

Our tour booked us into this hotel when we visited Burlington. It's a smoke-free hotel that is pet-friendly and has a complimentary hot breakfast, which we found to be tasty. There is also a snack shop, and this hotel has its own restaurant. There is free parking for guests, free-wifi, both indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center, plus other guest friendly features. We were comfortable in our rooms, and if I felt safe. Since Burlington is close to the Canadian border, this hotel also offers currency exchange.

I coordinate a trip for our high school wrestling team each year. The hotel is just what we need with an amazing breakfast, fitness center, pool and comfortable accommodations. The staff is friendly and easy to work with.

I booked a room at this hotel for the first night of a holiday visit to Vermont. I am Best Western loyalty member and booked the night of December 17, 2025 with my points. When I checked out on December 18, I asked for a receipt and the clerk said there were no charges since it was a reward night so he could not print me a receipt. Now I see that the hotel charged my credit card $40 on the date of CHECK IN!! Seems sketchy. I'll be calling to see if they will reverse the charge. Beware of random charges at this hotel.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years for hockey tournaments, and this one was by far the BEST! They grouped all our teams in the same hallways and even gave us a dedicated conference room for the entire weekend at no cost just for knee hockey (hockey parents know how rare that is!). Their hospitality was incredible — when all the parents were “winding down” in the lobby (three teams’ worth!), they kindly moved us to a private conference room so we could hang out without disturbing others. The hotel was clean, the staff was quick to bring extra towels or sheets, and the nightly warm chocolate chip cookies at 8:00 were a huge hit with both kids and parents! Starbucks and Moe’s are an easy walk across the parking lot from the hotel, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to the rink. The rooms were simple but very clean — no rugs, which we loved. Huge kudos to the whole team at Windjammer!

This hotel is great and makes you feel like you're in a Christmas movie. The rooms are well kept, the staff is kind and attentive and the indoor heated pool is an amazing amenity. I stayed in a single queen bed room which includes a microwave and mini fridge to my surprise. My favorite part of my stay was the warm milk and cookies each night. My only complaints are that it's not in walking distance to anywhere interesting and the complimentary breakfast is sub par.

I recently spent two nights there while my husband was at UVM Medical. Everything was top notch from checking in, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my entire stay. The shuffle service they offer was a HUGE help for me, they brought me to and from the hospital whenever I needed and at the drop of a hat they were ready! I ate dinner both nights at the Windjammer Restaurant. Food was excellent and both of my servers were friendly courteous and very helpful. Thank you to everyone for making my staff as comfortable as it can be!
