The worst customer service. We had a reservation under my friends name. Card was charged and they still would let us check in. Ashanti was the front desk clerk. Horrible attitude, no customer service, how are you glad your checking in glad your spending money with Marriott. I’ll avoid Marriott and this reflects poorly on them

Room clean, ready promptly at 3 pm checkin. Excellent location in Burlington very close to all the amenities offered by Dorset Street.. Healthy Living, Hana Japanese restaurant, and an exceptional Asian grocery.

I was double charged for a room and the hotel will take no responsibility for it. Trying to speak to someone with the tiniest bit of empathy is impossible. Would love to be to speak to someone who could at least have a reasonable conversation about it. So far it has been “too bad - so sad.” I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service and common sense. Fair is subjective, but right and wrong is not.

Clean rooms, super comfortable beds, and excellent service all around. Special shout out to Dan for going above and beyond to help us find an HDMI cable - so helpful. We also requested a 3:30am shuttle to the airport and Curtis came early, helped all 5 of us with our bags, and secured me a wheelchair when we arrived at the airport (skiing got a little crazy for me this trip). Thank you, Dan & Curtis, for making our stay extra special.

The hotel is decent, the rooms are clean, but if your thinking about using it for your venue, especially for a wedding, please think twice!! Because they will ruin your wedding day and not care while doing it. Long story short; planning with the coordinators throughout the process was okay.Although they did seem a bit unorganized , we decided to continue with them in hopes that our day would pan out fine. Their answers to all our requests were "Yes" and we can make it happen.. up until the day before and the day of the wedding , we were mey with No's and sorries. Kind of felt like a betrayal. The worst part was when the servers would not serve the champagne for the wedding toast nor the wedding cake. They put everything on the side and expected our guests to get up to retrieve it. Their reason for this diservice was unknown to us, unwarranted, disgusting and highly unprofessional..and most of all stressful and sad to experience ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING.. It was also shocking to see their staff walking off with pieces of our wedding cake especially after they refused to serve it to the wedding guests! After we informed the management of what was done , they also behaved as though nothing was wrong. With a meaningless apology, they did eventually refund a portion of our fees, at our request, but someone's ruined wedding day cannot be redone. Save yourself the trouble and have your wedding elsewhere.

Room was clean and updated. Giant TV and they have a restaurant on site. We arrived very late and the bar was closed but the owner when out of his way to make us a nightcap to take to our room. Awesome!

We had a really nice stay at the Delta Burlington Hotel. Maria at the front desk was very helpful and made check-in easy. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The TV remote was nowhere to be found in the room but that’s my only complaint! It’s super close to the airport which is really convenient.

Poor service! Stayed there for 2 nights and noticed pillow covers had multiple stains. Requested new pillows but took them half a day to bring them in. Awesome location, but wont come back here again.
