Really nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff and a great location to get to the airport if needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decent, the rooms are clean, but if your thinking about using it for your venue, especially for a wedding, please think twice!! Because they will ruin your wedding day and not care while doing it. Long story short; planning with the coordinators throughout the process was okay.Although they did seem a bit unorganized , we decided to continue with them in hopes that our day would pan out fine. Their answers to all our requests were "Yes" and we can make it happen.. up until the day before and the day of the wedding , we were mey with No's and sorries. Kind of felt like a betrayal. The worst part was when the servers would not serve the champagne for the wedding toast nor the wedding cake. They put everything on the side and expected our guests to get up to retrieve it. Their reason for this diservice was unknown to us, unwarranted, disgusting and highly unprofessional..and most of all stressful and sad to experience ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING.. It was also shocking to see their staff walking off with pieces of our wedding cake especially after they refused to serve it to the wedding guests! After we informed the management of what was done , they also behaved as though nothing was wrong. With a meaningless apology, they did eventually refund a portion of our fees, at our request, but someone's ruined wedding day cannot be redone. Save yourself the trouble and have your wedding elsewhere.

Room was clean and updated. Giant TV and they have a restaurant on site. We arrived very late and the bar was closed but the owner when out of his way to make us a nightcap to take to our room. Awesome!

We had a really nice stay at the Delta Burlington Hotel. Maria at the front desk was very helpful and made check-in easy. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The TV remote was nowhere to be found in the room but that’s my only complaint! It’s super close to the airport which is really convenient.

Poor service! Stayed there for 2 nights and noticed pillow covers had multiple stains. Requested new pillows but took them half a day to bring them in. Awesome location, but wont come back here again.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. It's 5-7 , minutes by car to downtown and most other places that you'd like to go to if you are visiting. The rooms are are a decent size(not large and not small), clean and well maintained. It felt safe to stay and park there. Conveniently, there's a Starbucks across the road for those that like their coffee. There are also a good number of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The property is well maintained and reflects the expected standards of a Marriott-affiliated hotel. The structure is attractive and clean. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. Staff were often unavailable, and on multiple occasions we were told this was due to the July 4th holiday and limited staffing. While it is understandable that this is a national holiday, guests deserve the same level of service regardless of the date—especially in the hospitality industry. I also had an issue with the package I booked through Booking.com, which clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, the front desk staff insisted it was not, and it took a 20-minute conversation—at times tense—for them to finally honor what was listed in my reservation. Even after the matter was resolved, the breakfast offering was disappointing. There is no buffet; instead, the included option is a very limited à la carte plate per person and one drink (which may even count as the coffee). For a hotel of this category, it was a surprisingly poor offering, and even the restaurant coffee was not complimentary unless it was the one included drink. Overall, while the property itself is visually up to standard, the lack of adequate staffing, poor handling of reservations, and subpar breakfast experience left much to be desired.

Excellent hotel and THE BEST customer service ever! I was warmly greeted upon arrival and showed to my room which was pleasantly appointed. A VERY comfortable bed in a specious setting. Large flat screen TV with lots of channels. Shower and bathroom was very clean and great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of parking. Fitness room too. Convenient to town. Highly recommend!!

The room was nice. We were only there one night. For the price point it was a 5. We also ate breakfast the restaurant . We sat at the bar and the food was very good. The wait staff new some of the clients and greeted them by name. We had had good food service as well.
